Refund Policy
1. Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the initial payment.
- No refunds will be issued after this period.
2. How to Request a Refund
Send an email to info@victoryline.ae with:
- Full name & registered email
- Payment transaction details
- Reason for the refund request
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- If advisory sessions have already been conducted.
- If the client violates Terms of Service (fraud, misuse, etc.).
4. No Auto-Renewal
Victory Line does not have auto-renewal; subscriptions must be manually renewed.
5. Disputes & Chargebacks
- Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to permanent account suspension.
- Clients must contact info@victoryline.ae before initiating disputes.
